IDE Solutions

MobileShift® IDE (Integrated Development Environment) solution consists of the MobileShift® Toolkit and Engine, which enable developers to create wireless Internet applications. Using the MobileShift® IDE, developers can create and deploy enterprise applications within days. The MobileShift® IDE can either be licensed for in-house development, or can be accessed on-line, via the MobileShift® DevZone. MShift offers training for developers on creating wireless Internet applications using the MobileShift® IDE.

In-House IDE Solution

With this solution, the customer can license the IDE for in-house development of wireless Internet applications. The customer will host the applications developed in-house. The in-house solution offers customers the highest level of security as well as flexibility by moving the application development process behind their own firewall.

The In-House IDE solution would be particularly suitable for
1. Large corporations that wish to develop and deploy large-scale wireless applications such as supply chain management, sales force applications and business-to-business transactions.
2. System Integrators who would like to add wireless application development to their product line.
3. ASP's (Application Service Providers) who would like to extend their services to include wireless applications.
4. Large portals that would like to make their content available on wireless devices such as PDA's and cell phones.
5. Enterprise application software vendors, such as ERP, CRM, and supply chain management software vendors, who would like to make parts of their applications accessible from wireless devices.

ASP IDE Solution

The MobileShift® DevZone provides developers free online access to the MobileShift® IDE to create wireless applications for demonstration and evaluation purposes. Wireless applications developed on the MobileShift® DevZone can be licensed from MShift for commercial deployment.
