• MobileShift® Toolkit
  The MobileShift® Toolkit is a powerful authoring tool that uses a highly intuitive, user-friendly and easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) minimizing time-to-market for creating wireless applications. The Toolkit enables developers to focus on content and business logic, to build and optimize information for wireless devices, and to author new content. The Toolkit can also be used to source data from any ODBC and JDBC compliant databases, and via a TCP/IP interface. The toolkit can be used not only to create wireless Internet applications and voice enabled applications, but can also be used to integrate SMS messaging capabilities into applications.

  Wireless Internet Applications: With the MobileShift® Toolkit, developers can design wireless websites with the mobile user in mind and focus on features that allow users to do simple transactions quickly. Using the MobileShift® Toolkit, developers can create wireless applications that are either self-contained, or can extract data simultaneously from one or more data sources such as websites and databases. In addition, the toolkit has the ability to create a single application that can be deployed simultaneously to all wireless device types. This eliminates the need to duplicate the development process for each device type.

  VoiceXML Applications: The MobileShift® Toolkit also includes a powerful feature that enables developers to create voice-enabled applications that are carrier and gateway independent. Voice enabled applications are created by adding a VoiceXML front end to a wireless backend application. This approach provides a simple and reliable low cost alternative to traditional call centers.
